Only to find myself in another

One thats twisted.

One that hurts.

One that is real.

One with no escape.

A nightmare without an end

In this nightmare,

The Twisted are beautiful.

The Beautiful are the Twisted.

The Normal are cast out.

Abnormality is sanity as it is also insane.

For to be in this dream,

It is the only way to survive.

Grotesque beyond your imagination,

But not mine

It haunts me in my dreams.

Haunts me when I wake.

And chill me without reason.

For I hear screams

And those screams are my own.

Screams of horror.

Screams of pain.

Screams of silence.

Yet no matter how much

or how loud I may scream

I know that nobody hears.

Nobody cares.

In this sick and abstract world inside my mind.

I am the only one who is sane.

I am the only one that knows.

The secrets locked away.

That only I may know.

This world is monotone.

Filled with nothing but monocrome.

Loud in sound yet muted.

Full of life yet dead.

It rings in your ears.

Pierces your being.

The bells that toll death to those already dead.

They walk but are shells.

With smiles on their faces.

Their eyes spell the truth.

They are only wisps of what could have been.

And now as the clouds of fortune gather.

They turn an angry black.

In that a haze of sorrow brews,

and settles over the world.

Now,

in the non-existent light,

I see bloody lies rain down.

Smothering.

Suffacating.

I cant run.

Cant scream.

As life catches up with me.

And so I am thrown,

From one dream,

Into another.

Another day.

Another dream.

Another nightmare.
